Terms of purchase and exchange of underwear

  1. Underwear is a product for personal use

    • In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection , underwear is not subject to exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons.
  2. Replacement is possible in the following cases:

    • If the customer received a product in a different size than the one ordered.
    • The product must be in its original packaging, unused.
  3. Complaints are not accepted for the following reasons:

    • If the customer does not like the model after purchase.
    • If the product does not fit the customer as shown in the photos (models).
    • Discounted models are not subject to exchange or complaints

In Serbia, according to the Law on Consumer Protection, certain products are exempted from the right of withdrawal and return when purchased remotely (online or by phone). These rules are there to protect specific types of goods or sellers. Here is a list of the most common exceptions:


Products exempt from the right to return

  1. Products for personal use

    • Underwear, swimwear, socks, nightgowns and other products that come into direct contact with the body for hygienic reasons, if they are opened after delivery.
  2. Goods that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life

    • Fresh foods, flower arrangements, meat, dairy products, fruits and vegetables.
  3. Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

    • Cosmetics, medical products, toothbrushes, personal hygiene products, if opened after delivery.
  4. Audio, video and software

    • CDs, DVDs, software and video games if the protective seal or packaging has been removed after delivery.
  5. Customized products

    • Products that are made according to the specific requirements of the customer, such as personalized wardrobe, custom-made furniture or engraved items.
  6. Sealed newspapers, magazines and books

    • The exception is electronic versions.
  7. Digital content

    • Software, applications, e-books, music and video content that were delivered electronically and immediately downloaded, with the prior consent of the customer for the loss of the right to return.
  8. Alcoholic beverages

    • If the price is agreed upon at the time of sale, and the delivery is scheduled for a period longer than 30 days, where the value depends on market changes.
  9. Goods that are inseparably mixed after delivery

    • For example, building materials or paints that are mixed according to the customer's specification.
  10. Services that have been fully performed

    • If the service was started with the prior consent of the consumer, and the work was completed before the expiration of the cancellation period.
